· Web hosting server issues & outages will be handled in real time
· New web site hosting orders will be accepted & invoiced in real time
· Domain name registrations will be accepted & invoiced in real time
AHEAD OF SCHEDULE:
· Routine server maintenance
· Periodic invoices that would normally go out during these times will be sent out early
· Domain name renewals scheduled for these times will be handled early. This will not affect expiration dates or charges.
LIMITED OR NO WORK:
· Web site & application development
· Quote development
* If a Client can't get their work done due to the problem, it's an emergency!
