Frederick Stricker (Rick) brings computer
and data processing experience dating back to 1975. A decorated U.S. Navy veteran, he spent ten years working in the
field of cryptology and military intelligence. His duties included managing and operating computers of varying sizes and
architectures, as well as designing and developing software and operating procedures for these platforms.

During the second half of the 1970s, when personal computers were beginning to break out of the domain of the hobbyist,
Rick was in business as Second Floor Color Software, developing and distributing applications for some of the first
Radio Shack computers. In the early 1980s, when the IBM PC began to be recognized as a practical business platform,
Rick was selling, installing, maintaining and programming these machines for use by larger businesses such as banks,
insurance & real estate agencies, and automobile dealerships. This was in addition to developing some of the first
in-the-field applications for Navy mini- and micro-computers. Rick has been quoted on CNN, and has appeared on local
television, as well as being recognized in writing on several occasions for his problem-solving skills and technical innovations.

Rick's duties include marketing, sales, customer service and applications development.

Teresa Stricker (Teri) has over twenty
years of data processing and communications experience. Besides overseeing Network Administration functions
and the company bookkeeping, Teri trains customers in the most productive use of cutting-edge technologies such as Internet
navigation, software setup, accounting systems, desktop presentations, office automation and business graphics. In
addition, Teri excels at applications support, and is a knowlegeable and experienced Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP and
networking expert, as well as a superior hardware technician.

Rick and Teri have written numerous technology-related articles for service, technical and trade publications, and have been
interviewed and quoted in numerous print publications and web sites.

Teri and Rick are both accomplished musicians. As a child, Rick performed twice at Carnegie Hall, and over the years
has played professionally with several local bands. An experienced professional photographer, Rick has earned awards
for his still photography and videography. Teri and Rick live in West Michigan with their grown children and grandchildren.
